Timescales

I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days, if you have an urgent need for delivery, please email on wrenpotteryuk@gmail.com.Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. However, times are not guaranteed for this service. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with the tracking details, an estimated delivery day and the option to reschedule.If you haven’t received your order after 15 working days from shipping, please reply to the order confirmation email or email wrenpotteryuk@gmail.com.

 

Free Collection

I am located in Paignton, South Devon; if you prefer to collect your order in person, use the Delivery Method "Pick up".Once your order is wrapped, you will receive an email notification to pick up your order.Collection address: 37 Broadlands Road, Paignton, TQ4 5NZ.You may also pick up from my studio in Totnes, please email wrenpotteryuk@gmail.com if you wish to arrange this.

 

Packaging

All orders are plastic-free (unless reusing plastic items in a bid to recycle them).The pieces are wrapped in paper, paper bubble wrap, or any other items I am recycling.All boxes are sealed with paper-based tape.Please re-use or recycle the packaging as you are able.
